See it in action

Two ways it plays out

Example One
A rider names an owner's horse
Morgan is riding a horse owned by John. John shows the horse in the Amateur, and Morgan shows in the Open. With John's permission, Morgan buys a 2027 Cool Guitar breeding contract and names the horse for all three divisions.
If John is the highest advancing Amateur on that horse, the check is sent to Morgan, because she holds the contract.
Example Two
An owner names their own horse
John owns a horse showing in both the Open and the Non Pro. He buys a 2027 Cool Guitar breeding contract and names his horse.
John receives the incentive check if his horse is the highest advancing in the Open or the Non Pro, or both.
